"Hybrid" organization combining a centralized Corporate R&D staff with decentralized groups of operating R&D teams.

Corporate R&D staff are responsible for establishing, building, and maintaining relationships around the world while actively identifying and assessing internal and external innovation opportunities that best reflect current or potential future interest.
